I purchased my 2018 Ram 1500 Tradesman in Pittsburg, Kansas. I live just north of Pittsburg. Once I wrote the check, they were not supportive at all. Oil change & tire rotation Went in for regular oil change and tire rotation. They were a little busy but they got me through within the estimated time frame.
