I called to talk to parts about then having a key for my vehicle and they said they had it in stock so they transferred me to service and I made the appointment. I show up and they tell me there is a recall vehicle and they said they had it in stock so they transferred me to service and I made the appointment. I show up and they tell me there is a recall on my vehicle which is awesome but then I sit in the lobby for a little over an hour just to find out they don't have the key for my car. Wasted my time away from work and my kids. Very frustrating. More

I was a client of Reed Jeep in Mission,Ks for years, and they were/are also an excellent Jeep organization. I have purchased vehicles from each dealer in the past, and the present vehicle that I have is a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4XE, and I am overly impressed with not only the vehicle but with the service that is provided by Olathe Jeep to keep it strong. I must give a shout out to the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, that if anything happens to mine.,,, I will replace it with the same! 100% Thanks to Sam for turning this place around! One very important concern,,,,I am 100% about customer service. I give my clients 110% customer support. Not only has Sam turned the service Dept 100% around, your AI system literally sucks! I know you're under contract for a year with whoever is providing you with that crap, but if I have a continued problem, trying to get a hold of somebody that I'm going back to Reed Jeep in a heartbeat. whatever happened to Andy? She was not only personable but actually somebody like a speak to instead of the AI crap. I don't even like ordering at McDonald's anymore because of the AI crap! I give y'all 10 stars out of 10, but you're only getting -10 stars out of 10 on your AI answering service. Please fire Liberty and bring Andy back! More
