Used to be decent, but pricing is out of hand now. A simple oil change is over $100. Definitely don’t feel like a valued customer anymore even though I bought a $65,000 vehicle from them. I wanted to let everyone know about a negative experience I had at this dealership. I’ve always had a positive attitude towards this dealership. Many times I’ve almost purchased a vehicle there, but it didn’ I had at this dealership. I’ve always had a positive attitude towards this dealership. Many times I’ve almost purchased a vehicle there, but it didn’t quite fit my needs. My daughter on the other hand, loves Jeeps and we were looking at purchasing a new one and if she liked yellow, I was going to purchase a vehicle that day for cash. I was having conversations with her on which she needed to do to purchase the gray vehicle that we looked at, but after my experience today, I’m going to have to advise her that we need to go somewhere else. As I was checking her vehicle out after service work done, I was informed of a 3% surcharge. The management could make it a much more pleasant situation, just by raising everything 3% and offering a 3% discount for cash or debit cards. But instead they chose to create a negative experience by throwing a fee on as while checking out. Somebody could’ve prevented the negative experience by telling us ahead of time that when we do check out, you might want to bring a check or a debit card to save on that fee. I’m only one potential buyer, but this one experience is completely changed my attitude towards this dealership. Are they going to add an extra fee when the electrical rate goes up? Are they going to start to charge for property tax increases when that goes up? It’s called the cost doing business. And if the ownership doesn’t want to create more negative feelings towards their dealerships, they should consider the buyers perspective. Everyone who works there I’ve had a good experience with, but ownership and management needs to feel the pain of their decisions and so I will choose not to purchase my daughter’s next vehicle there.
