Issue resolved, I came in with an idea of the problem and solution, alerted the technician and I was correct. Unfortunately while at the shop the front windshield got scratched on the inside driver area abou solution, alerted the technician and I was correct. Waiting to hear back about a recall resolution and when I can get that issue addressed with my vehicle. If I had been responded to already the rating would be higher. No answer yet today 1/17/25 when question asked 1/8/25 in a text that said for future vehicle questions to ask that text message string. More

I would have given them a 5 star but it was EXTREMELY hard to navigate the system to reserve an appointment. Had to go through our salesman just to get appointment for oil change.
