We had an 8:30 am appointment scheduled and we dropped our vehicle off at 8:30am. After explaining the issue I was told they would do a diagnostic check and let me know what they find. I contacted the service center that afternoon to get an update on our vehicle since I hadn't heard from them yet. They ended up keeping the vehicle overnight because I guess they didn't get around to doing the diagnostic check that day. The next day after reaching out again for an update I was informed they'd need to talk to the service technician to see how it was going. They never contacted me so I had to call again and was finally given an update. Rather than have them perform the suggested service I opted to come and pay for the diagnostic check and get our vehicle. Poor communication and slow service. More

Drop my car off for a 7:30 AM appointment on a Tuesday, received exactly one phone call from the dealer at 4:45 PM letting me know my car was not going to be ready. Maybe he was having a bad day. Charging 3% service fee for credit card payments is an absolute joke. I’m sure the dealership factored in credit card fees they pay when the set their prices in the past. And now charging another 3% on top is flat out wrong and deceiving. There is no way they dropped their service fee prices be 3% before they implemented the fee. Just another grab for cash and trying to push the blame on to others. More
