Shannon was incredibly helpful and got my car in quick for some extra repairs that I originally didn't know about. She was kind and spoke kindly to my daughter. The reason I gave a 4 has nothing to do with Shannon but I drive a Wagoneer and the loaner vehicle they gave me was a jeep truck which doesn't have a third row and not convenient for a family of 6. More loaner vehicles with third rows need to be in your loaner fleet to accommodate the Wagoneer customers. More

Extremely slow. Went in for a scheduled oil change and it took approximately two hours- an hour after they told me it was almost done. When I went to ask if it would be much longer I saw the tech just standing by my running vehicle talking to someone and then it was suddenly ready to go. This service was included with my vehicle purchase but honestly I may not go back for the last included one. I also hate the air filter upsell they pull every time you go in for service. Suggest it up front or include it with the included service contract. It is an absolute waste of time. This dealer is also incapable of answering a phone call. I tried calling to ask a question about service to my other vehicle and go stuck with a bad AI voice to text bot. When it finally gave up and let me through to a "representative" I was passed to an answering machine and my call was never returned. They also re-subscribed me to their marketing texts without my consent. This dealer does everything possible to make sure you don't want to come back. Shannon was friendly and fairly helpful. More
I brought my truck in for a tune up and front end check. Upon picking up my truck the drivers door handle was damaged and I was quoted the repair for front suspension parts. I was told they would not repair the damaged door handle until the store manager reached out to me a week later. They agreed to fix the door handle and I approved the suspension quote. They told me if I dropped it off Thursday morning it would be done by the end of the day Friday. I was then called on Friday and told the truck wouldn’t be done until Saturday morning which then turned into Saturday afternoon. When I picked up the truck this time I was charged $700 more dollars then the original quote. More
