So many things with our experience. Luke was not the problem it was all of the occurrences that IS the problem. 1. When we purchased the remote starter for my sons cmas online, I called first to ask your dealership if we purchased through you if you could install and they answer was “yes”. 2. We ordered online chose ship to us, it didn’t ship to us so I drove 45 minutes one way and back and 45 minutes home to pick up the part which wouldn’t have been a deal if all other issues hadn’t have occurred. 3. At the time I picked up the part I asked again to confirm they could install the part and the answer was once again “yes”. I also asked at the time of pick up an estimated cost to be and the service guy said this is just an estimate but somewhere around $363.-463.depending on how long to install. 4. I called to make the appointment and Kendrick was great and was back forth with service to make appt and confirm estimate. This time the estimate was 1,000.00! When I told him the initial estimate he tried to explain difference that I never understood. However, at this point we had already given the part to our son at Christmas so had no choice but to schedule the install. Kendrick did say a few times that “that is the highest end cost and only if takes 6 hours to install max would be $1,000 high end”. 5. We scheduled for the next day at 730am which Kendrick recommended so they didn’t risk not finishing that day. 6. My son shows up and Luke originally said we don’t install after parts … my son showed him where we purchased there and that I had talked to 2 people who said different. They got the remote installed. My son was waiting and they knew this .they originally told my son they may not finish which again I had to let them know that’s why we were there at 730 which Kendrick confirmed they would finish same day. 3.5 hours later I checked with Luke on progress which he stated “ it’s done” no one told my son it was ready so I told him . 7. I then get presented with an over 1,000 bill which is again a different price ! I contacted Luke and he said sorry for the issues and he’d knock a bit off and I still paid OVER $1,000 ! Interesting that Kendrick since max dollar amount and Kendrick confirmed with the service team the day before only IF it took 6 hours would be $1,000 . It took 3 hours or less (who knows how long it had been ready when I checked) and I was charged over the $1,000 amount ! We were treated wrong and taken advantage of and that’s really xxxxty to do to customers and it’s not okay . More

Had 100k mile service completed, turned out to be far more expensive than I expected. $40 for a spark plug on a minivan...are you kidding me? The most expensive one at the parts store is under $20 and th more expensive than I expected. $40 for a spark plug on a minivan...are you kidding me? And the check engine light has been on since we got home from the service! Been going here for years due to convenience of location and availability but I won't be going back ever again. Very disappointed. 0 stars. More

Post vehicle sale is a horrible experience. Customer satisfaction is 0-10. Their quality control inspections prior to selling a vehicle is abysmal.
