Got a descent trade-in for high mileage SUV, and drove off the lot with a new Jeep. The entire process (including paperwork) took just three hours and only one visit to the dealership. Great customer service was provided by Mike Moutray Sr. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer my many technical questions, and there was no sales pressure. I got top level service from the entire dealership team (above my expectations). Can't say enough about this. On drive home I noticed a 1950 RPM level while cruising at 70 miles an hour. Other vehicles I have owned rev higher at 2700 rpm to hold 70 mph speed. The lower rpm might be attributed to the 9 speed transmission helping to lessen engine stress.
