We walked in and were greeted by Donnie Latimer (Commercial manager). He was professional down to earth and just an overall nice person. We talked for a while and told him what we were looking for. He gave us a new van to test drive and he didn't go with us, (I didn't know they would let you go by yourself anymore). during the whole time we were there, he never tried to sell us a car. He never said how much do you want your payment to be. Instead he showed us what the options were, gave us a quote for our trade in and when we decided what van we wanted, he gave us a price. We told him we thought they should come down and he said tell me what you want to pay and I will take it to the sales manager. Within a few minutes we agreed on a price and we were done. I get so tired of getting out of my car and walking up to the front door of a dealer and the first thing they say is what can I do to get you into a new car today. I think people are smatter today and with all of the information that is available online, they are more prepared when they go to the dealer and are ready to buy. This dealer has changed with the times and they treat their customers with the respect they deserve, Very refreshing. More

I had found a used jeep online and just decided to call the number on there. Ben answered and from that second, through about 3 weeks, he was nothing short of amazing. He gave me exactlly what I told him I could do. They didn't have the black in stock and he had it shipped from another state w/in 2 days. The service department has been extremely friendly and has taken care of any problems or issues found on the vehicle in a timely fashion. I visited this dealership about 11 months ago and was very disappointed with the sales staff. They took a high-pressure approach and tried to sell me a car I didn't want. The salesman was new to the dealership, but he went out of his way to find me the exact car I wanted (it took some time, because most of the cars were snowed in). I didn't have to play the negotiating game, thanks to the affiliate pricing I received through my employer. I got a great deal on my trade-in, and ended up with a car I love. The only hiccup occurred because the car had to be delivered from Omaha, and the driver somehow got lost on the way to KC and ended up being 45 minutes late. But that's forgivable. I would definitely go to Olathe DCJ again. More
