Not what I expected We had a 6 hour trip to and from the dealership to pick up our vehicle and were told lease paperwork would be ready to sign so we could get back on th We had a 6 hour trip to and from the dealership to pick up our vehicle and were told lease paperwork would be ready to sign so we could get back on the way home as soon as possible. So something that should have taken 30 minutes turned into 2 hours of waiting. The two salesmen we dealt with were fine, but after we finally got our paperwork signed the finance guy flipped the folded papers across the desk to my wife so she had to put the paperwork in the envelope. I know it sounds minimal but it was just unprofessional to me. Then the dealership has to get my tag for me, I get my tag and there's an extra charge of about 100 dollars. So as I said not what I expected. More
