I had hard time with the Finance guy, Matt because he didn't want to work with my bank(Bank of America) and he just throw a couple papers to me and want me to work with the bank which was not very kind. He behaved very unprofessionally. In the meantime, Trent Touchstone had communicated with one of managers, I think his name is Jay Deans, and he took care of every paperworks in a couple minute! amazing! I appreciate his kindness.
