The oil change turned on right after he drove it off the lot and Mike made sure to take care of it ASAP :) Also, they offered to trade-in our old jeep, which helped with the price as well. The staff and service techs (especially Mitch) are also top notch in customer service and communication. He quickly got out a pen and asked what I had in mind and within 30 minutes we had a deal. This even after I changed my mind at the last minute. Frank quickly picked up on what was important and not so important to me. It was refreshing and I recommend to anyone that mostly knows what you want and want to quickly go through the buy process, look up Frank. More

He applied no pressure at all, was nothing but pleasant, honest and helpful, and we'd definitely buy through him again. Same thing with Jack Sager, the finance manager we dealt with to close the deal. No pressure, just tons of good info and then he let us decide how to proceed. Money can be stressful. He made this easy ... and even got me a 3 percent better loan than they'd initially talked about, and through a reputable lender in Wells Fargo. This review might sound like one of those "plants" you hear about on Yelp and stuff; it's not. I'm real, and so were these guys at ODCJ. Also, they had the best prices in the KC area on the car I wanted. Thanks, gents! More

I have bought 8 cars and truck since 2010 from Honda, Toyota, Ford and GMC. It is my first Ram and the best experience ever! I had hard time with the Finance guy, Matt because he didn't want to work with my bank(Bank of America) and he just throw a couple papers to me and want me to work with the bank which was not very kind. He behaved very unprofessionally. In the meantime, Trent Touchstone had communicated with one of managers, I think his name is Jay Deans, and he took care of every paperworks in a couple minute! amazing! I appreciate his kindness. Trent and Jay made up everything Matt massed up, so I am satisfied. More
