We spoke with Laura Morgison, and she really knows her stuff!! She showed us a Pacifica with the equipment we wanted and she knew about all the bells and whistles on the Pacifica. She had one on the lot with just the right equipment and color, and my wife fell in love with the Pacifica. Needless to say, Laura made us a good deal on the new Pacifica, and we drove it home that afternoon. This is our 4th Dodge or Chrysler mini van, or whatever the Pacifica is called these days, and we have enjoyed them all! Laura was a pleasure to work with, and like I said she sure knows her stuff and is NOT a pushy sales person. More

His name Is Theo Shaw. Ask for him and you wont be disappointed. I have purchased the last three Jeeps from this dealer and he is by far the best Sales rep I have used. The only negative I would offer is the finance guy. He did not answer his messages and sold me a two year oil change contract knowing i would never be able to use it because Chrysler automatically entered me into the Jeep Wave Club. They called me two days later and told me about four free oil changes that were part of the deal. They said they would cancel the contract for me. They called back and said they could not because i had financed the contract. I did not finance it. I paid with a check. Only the dealer could cancel it. I finally called the sales rep and he took care of it in about an hour.I had some extra programming done on the radio and Trent Ireland was very responsive and efficient. More

He absolutely did not chase me down in the lot while looking around for a vehicle. He also did not pressure me and gave me my space. Most sales people are very pushy and attack like preditors preying on their pray. I've bought many new vehicles over the years and I feel that when you in the finance office that a dealerships finance employee shouldn't automatically include or assume that the debtor will want an extended warranty. It is actually illegal for a dealership to make it "mandatory" to obtain financing. I recommend, from my experiences to not opt for a extended warranty. I mainly purchase made my purchase to rebuild my credit after a bankruptcy discharged. Hopefully, everything works out fine. More

Painless, great experience My wife and I came in late on Monday night looking to view a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I figured the finance team would have left for the day already My wife and I came in late on Monday night looking to view a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I figured the finance team would have left for the day already and was only expecting a quick test drive and a possible return if all went well. Theo greeted us immediately on pulling in, found the Jeep we had viewed online, and we hopped in to take a spin. Very personable and was immediately comfortable, it was like meeting an old friend. We got back, discussed pricing (Greg was great in helping us find some discounts and meeting our price) and we saw Nathan the same night. They all stayed after closing to get our paperwork together. In discussing the interest rate, Nathan related that he could get us a better rate than the preapproval we already had. The next day, he called me up and I went back to finish the paperwork. Again, immediately greeted on arrival and we knocked out the rest of the finance paperwork within 30 minutes and I was off. Everyone was great and couldn't ask for a better experience. I hate buying cars but they made it painless. More

The people are aloof and it seems as though you are taking up their valuable time. Quite the opposite with Mike and Chris at Olathe Dodge. The other pleasant experience was the speed with which we were able to get things done. Settling on price and getting all the paperwork done was a breeze compared to other experiences. Where I have been 4 or 5 hours in other places only to leave exhausted and thankful it was over - we were done in under 2 hours at Olathe Dodge and I left on a great mood. Mike was very interested in getting to the root of what I wanted and getting my needs met in a way that I was happy with. Chris was one of the best finance guys I have dealt with - friendly, professional, and efficient. The finance guys are usually the worst of the bunch but not Chris - he's great. More
