We went for a test drive while I waited for my oil change and ended up buying a replacement the next day. Mike was very helpful, had all the answers. I expect I left a little to much money on the table, who knows, but left feeling that I got a fair deal. I have purchased several vehicles from Olathe Dodge over the years, and although for a few years service declined some, at this time they are back with the best in my opinion. Although, for a while I got routine maintenance done elsewhere, they seem to have reversed policies and procedures to favor enhanced customer satisfaction practices. I will continue to patronize for sales and service as long as they continue with current trends. More

But the head guy Jason stepped in to resolve the issue which I greatly appreciate. He fixed my car an went above and beyond what he had to do, an was a man of his word. I respect this dealership for that an love my new red on red R/T. The finance guy Derek was a great guy as well. We talked for hours, other then the used car manager Don Hodges making me feel a certain way which didn't last long thanks to MR Jason my overall experience at Olathe Dodge was decent. More

From start to finish, this was THE BEST experience I've ever had buying a new car, and I'm a crotchety 62 year-old, and I've bought several new cars i From start to finish, this was THE BEST experience I've ever had buying a new car, and I'm a crotchety 62 year-old, and I've bought several new cars in my lifetime so I've been around the block a few times. When my new car purchase was finalized I walked away with what I feel is a good price on my new Renegade as well as a fair price on my 14-y/o trade-in. My sales associate, Sylvester Holmes, was freakin awesome. He really knows his Jeep products and was a lot of fun to work with. He has a great personality and sense of humor and I never felt talked down to nor pressured. I even directly negotiated with the sales manager, Greg Dittmer, who was also great to work with. He never trash-talked my 14-y/o trade-in, and eventually gave me a very fair trade-in allowance. The finance manager, Cory Bunger, was also a class act. In addition to his skills of being able to write upside-down and perform well-timed fist-bumps, he was knowledgeable and not pushy when presenting extended warranty options. All in all, I definitely recommend Olathe Dodge Jeep dealership.... and that's a first for this crotchety old senior citizen. Good prices and friendly service, that's what it's all about. I told him my price range and the equipment I wanted the truck to have. I bought the first truck he showed me but I did look at several different models and types of Rams. I was looking to buy a year end 16 model but ended up buy a 17 model for about the same price as a 16 model. Ranger wasn't pushy or trying to force me to buy a truck before I left. I left after the offer and thought about if and I didn't get any bugging phone calls about coming back and purchasing a truck. in the block below I checked I was left alone for more than 5 minutes and I really liked that just another reason they wasn't pushy. over all one of the best if not the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle More
