Dealt with both Josh and Chris the advisers since I had to bring my vehicle in multiple times, they were both kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Even the two ladies I encountered at the cashier desk were ki to bring my vehicle in multiple times, they were both kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Lucas, the service manager, on the other hand was AWFUL and should not be in management or even customer service of any kind. By the end of all the things he did wrong, he even hung up on me! More

I called to talk to parts about then having a key for my vehicle and they said they had it in stock so they transferred me to service and I made the appointment. I show up and they tell me there is a recall vehicle and they said they had it in stock so they transferred me to service and I made the appointment. I show up and they tell me there is a recall on my vehicle which is awesome but then I sit in the lobby for a little over an hour just to find out they don't have the key for my car. Wasted my time away from work and my kids. Very frustrating. More
