My salesmen did a good job even though both are newer to the sales industry. I did feel that the appraiser of my trade-in immediately tried to screw me on price. That didn’t fly with me and was corrected to the sales industry. I did feel that the appraiser of my trade-in immediately tried to screw me on price. That didn’t fly with me and was corrected when I informed them of the price it should be. I did my research before coming into the dealership. Please remember that you should always make the customer feel good and that they are getting a good deal. Remember: xxxx customers off and they will search elsewhere.
