Dealership uses shade tree mechanics I brought my Jeep Wrangler I’m throwing 303 code, told them I wanted a professional diagnostic and I had replaced coil packs plugs and injectors which I brought my Jeep Wrangler I’m throwing 303 code, told them I wanted a professional diagnostic and I had replaced coil packs plugs and injectors which are top three causes, they checked my worked and billed me 275.00 bucks( glad I had someone there to tell me I did plugs and coil packs right. Was told when I asked to pick up Jeep they were putting back together I could get in a hour as they still had to install valve cover. I’m sure most of your customer are idiots cause, well, they are your customers but I know when a valve cover has been removed as the valve cover gasket was still the old one( I can see the dust on the edges of) shade tree mechanics reuse gaskets so I guess now that I know the competency of the lead mechanic I shouldn’t expect much better. Long and short of it, just youtube your issues and do the work yourself I promise you your not getting any more professional of a job at this dealership. More

Daniel Sold a truck out from under me I emailed the dealerships website at 530 am on 12/5/2019. We sent a couple emails back in forth. My main agenda was to get a window sticker for a truck. I was very interested in the truck. I live 2 hours away they had my cell number to call or send photos to. Anyhow at 9 am this salesman emailed me with requested window sticker. Then at 1030 am I get a email saying a customer made a offer on the truck and sent in a credit application for financing at their dealer. He then emailed me at 1155 am saying they sold the truck and tough xxxx pretty much. He should have gave me first bids on it. I would of bought it for the listed price. Credit approved and trade in as well. I have a local ford dealer I purchase vehicles from I was just wanting a window sticker for the truck I was after. Then I was gona have my local dealer 20 minutes away acquire it. I wouldn't have to drive 2 hours and get there only to find the truck had been sold. Great business your running I suppose. Jeep JK oil change Courteous staff and fast service. When the service was complete I found my vehicle with the both hood latches unlatched. Upon raising the hood I found Courteous staff and fast service. When the service was complete I found my vehicle with the both hood latches unlatched. Upon raising the hood I found the plastic manifold cover sitting sideways on top of the engine. I installed the cover, latched the hood and left. This is the second time this has happened this year. The first time I didn’t notice the plastic cover being off until I got home and one of the rubber attach fittings was missing. I returned to the dealership the next day and had the rubber attach fitting replaced and the plastic cover secured. A round trip of 50 miles. It would seam that if these small details are missed what am I to think of the rest of the work performed. More

Excellent help by Jared who followed up after car was fixed to get me confirmation for my extended warranty, road side assistance and tow package information. Best thing Branden, my truck salesmen sold was the extended warranty. Fixed all my manifold and exhaust issues under warranty and did. $500 worth of work for $100 under extended warranty. He was easy to work with, not trying to sell me on the "bells and whistles" of the car, because that's what all the other sales reps did when I went to look at cars. It's hard not to think it's because I'm a female they thought I would want to show me how my Bluetooth would work, or how the sunroof worked. With Michael he treated me like a human being and not by my gender. He helped me find what I was looking for and didn't push anything on me, he made some great suggestions that I appreciated to help me financially, without thinking I was getting screwed over. If I was to get another car, I would definitely go back to him. He's one of a kind and has proven that he's there to help you and not screw you over. Thanks Michael for your help! More
