I have been a customer for years. I have purchased several cars. Recently I purchased an oil change package for my Grand Cherokee SRT. Well, soon after my car was stolen and I bought I have purchased several cars. Recently I purchased an oil change package for my Grand Cherokee SRT. Well, soon after my car was stolen and I bought a BMW. Dodge doesn't service BMWs and they won't give my money back for the portion I wasn't able to use. Extremely disappointed and will actively steer people away from this dealership!! More

Service was horrible, communication terrible. No one answers phones, nor text messages. Called and texted for two hours till I finally got a return call.
