Received poor communication throughout the entire service period. Even after leaving multiple voicemails, texts, and emails all communication was ignored from me and resulted in multiple phone calls and dela period. Even after leaving multiple voicemails, texts, and emails all communication was ignored from me and resulted in multiple phone calls and delayed time throughout. This resulted in a job that could have been done in 1-2 days last 4 days and cost me more in extra rentals for days I would not have needed if communication would have been better. Was quoted a price of $500 if warranty did not cover it. Thankfully my warranty did cover it. When I got my bill my out of pocket was $200 but the full bill was actually only $300 so it makes me question if the problem was fixed appropriately or if the charge I would have received would have been inflated past the $300 for no reason. More

They lied to me and charged me some out rageous interest like 11%. I was so upset that afterwards I called Stellantis to ask why my interest was so high. They told me that the dealership put on an extra 5% like 11%. I was so upset that afterwards I called Stellantis to ask why my interest was so high. They told me that the dealership put on an extra 5% for a reserve. That's a huge scam and it really screws over the consumer. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again and I'm warning all my friends and family to stay away. More
