Pat Magness 913.314.0952. Yeah it’s pretty disappointing. Happy? Your customers should leave with the job done correctly for the price agreed. Your tactics of getting a customer in and upselling by being deceitful is unethical. Instead of being disappointed about how your dealership treats loyal customers, maybe you should do something about it. I don’t know seems pretty simple.
