I took my vehicle in for a routine maintenance checkup and all they did was change oil and rotate tires. I noticed when I got the car back that the check engine light was still on. Then I was told I would have to make another appointment because this was the wrong type of appointment to check out the check engine light. Not happy, I would have expected that they would at lease say “hey did you notice the check engine light was on, did you want us to check it out?” More

This is where I usually try to get my jeep serviced. Luke is wonderful in explaining and helping me out. I know very basic mechanical things such as oil change, tire replacement and brakes, but the words he was using are pretty new to me. Other than the lack of a sheet that has the breakdown on it, wonderful experience, 10/10, except the receptionist when I picked up my car, she was less than pleasant to be around. More
