Damaged my wheel, promised to fix and still nothing! I will make this story as short as possible. I purchased my Audi S5 from a dealership in Edmond.. Since this VW Dealership is the closest APR Perfor I will make this story as short as possible. I purchased my Audi S5 from a dealership in Edmond.. Since this VW Dealership is the closest APR Performance Dealer to my home I scheduled my Audi in for a Stage 1 upgrade. This upgrade is completely at my cost since it is a performance upgrade to the supercharged engine and cost a thousand dollars. The car still had a paper tag on in when I took it in and when I got my got back from the dealer I got more than I bargained for because the tech had curbed one of my wheels! I confronted my service advised Brian and he apologized and promised to remedy the problem. After talking to his manager they scheduled me in a week later for a mobile wheel repair vendor to repair and refinish my wheel. I was understanding because I understand "things" happen. I showed up 15 mins early for my appointment and they took the car into service. About an hour later I asked how it was going since this was suppose to be a minor repair and was told they had not even started on it. I waited fo r2 hours and still nothing. At this point I said, I am leaving, this repair person is obviously not worth a xxxx and left. They promised to again to make it right and said we will send him to your home.....that was 3 weeks ago. Bottom line, LIES! The general manger was suppose to follow up since they messed up my initial repair appointment and my best guess is that they just pass the responsibility around until you give up trying to hold someone accountable. It was at this point I returned to dealer again unannounced and said remove the performance tune off my car and refund my money since it had a 30 day no questions asked refund policy. They did refund my money and removed the APR tune from my car. However I am still left with a damaged wheel. Granted me returning my vehicle and them refunding me my purchase got their attention, they promised again to fix my wheel. NOTHING! What does this say about this dealership? They will lie to you, not follow up on their word and leave you hanging. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I will revise this review if they make it right, but I am sure I wasting even more time hoping they would live up to their word. Follow up to original review: As mentioned I said I would follow up if the dealership took care of this matter. Robert who is a manager at the dealership called me. We made arrangements to repair the wheel. I actually removed the wheel from my car and dropped it off for repair. I was notified the very next day it was ready. I picked it up and it was indeed repaired. Thank you OKC VW. Now with that being said......the wheel repair company's repair lasted for 3 car washes before the paint started coming off the wheel. The repair was fixed using paint and not a powdercoat repair like the factory finish. The only other thing I will say is that the dealership needs to use a different vendor for these type repairs. It seems like the root to not getting my problem resolved revolves around the wheel repair company. I have changed my star rating accordingly. More
Dishonest business practices! Traveling thru my camshaft tensioner went out and ruined the head. I left it to be repaired. I asked about military discount and they said they woul Traveling thru my camshaft tensioner went out and ruined the head. I left it to be repaired. I asked about military discount and they said they would give me a deal on parts. After receiving my bill I did research on VW.com/parts (same place they get their parts). Cable volkswagen over charged me by $900. They even charged me for the head gasket that clearly states on vw.com that it comes with the $2019 head package. They charged me for every bolt, nut and washer that came in the package. I called them and showed them the website. Their reply was thats how we charge! I also had body work done at the same time. When I picked up the car it wasn't washed. So I started inspecting the body work. There were scratches all over the back. The service consultant responded with "not sure why they didn't fix that!" I had no choice to accept it because I had to drive back and couldn't afford a hotel while they did it right. I got 3000 miles on cables engine repair and the engine light came on. I took it to Luther Volkswagen in Minnesota and they told me Cable volkswagen did not follow standard procedures and flush the engine. The metal shavings from the camshaft tensioner had plugged the oil intake in the oil pan. I called Cable to question their lack of workmanship and they would not warranty the work. I tried to contact service manager and he would not speak to me or return my calls. I finally got in touch with the GM (owners son). His response was we are not responsible for this problem. It wasn't me it was another dealership telling them they did poor work and did not follow procedures! His response was all further communications should be done through an attorney. Customers be aware of this company! Very dishonest and will do anything to get out of their poor workmanship!!!!!! More

Parts are overpriced. Service looks for the slightest thing to say needs fixing when it doesn't. Went in for a flex pipe, told them it was the flex pipe. They came back with over $1500 in repairs. I g thing to say needs fixing when it doesn't. Went in for a flex pipe, told them it was the flex pipe. They came back with over $1500 in repairs. I gladly picked up my car and took it elsewhere. The only actual problem was, as I had told them, the flex pipe. So I went from an estimate $1500 in repairs to an actual $350 in repairs. I don't trust them to even do an oil change, no telling what they'll come back and tell me needs fixing. More
I visited this dealership on numerous occasions throughout our Passat 3 yr lease. I found the service department to be one of the worst I've ever dealt with. I had several bad experiences at this throughout our Passat 3 yr lease. I found the service department to be one of the worst I've ever dealt with. I had several bad experiences at this dealer that lead me to choose another vehicle make since these guys were the only dealer in town (at the time). The thought of dealing with them over another 3 year lease was too much to bear. These guys left my drain plug loose after an oil change, where several quarts of oil dumped on my garage floor overnight, they called me once to tell me my service was complete, so I drove 40min to get the car to find they hadn't started it. They once attempted to repair my electronic parking brake unsuccessfully. When I got home I found parts of my parking sensor button on the floor board (the "factory trained tech" thought that was the parking brake button, which is why they couldn't fix it). As a whole, I found this dealer service department to be incompetent, and even after all of the trouble, extremely rude, and unapologetic. Though I've never visited the dealer in Norman, they can't be any worse that these guys. More
