Our Oklahoma City Volkswagen sales team continues to maintain the #1 spot in Oklahoma for VWGoA Customer Experience Index. Even though your purchase experience was over a year ago we still maintain a professional and family environment and AT NO TIME do we ask a customer not to leave a review if it is not 5-stars. Furthermore, we encourage our customer to be honest in their experience. How can we grow and better serve our community if we do not know when we make mistakes? So we challenge and defend that remark. Our team is human and they make human mistakes; it is when & how we correct them. Second, we pride ourselves, and our customers agree, on OKC VW's transparent and no-haggle pricing. 10 hours is WAY too long to purchase an automobile; 1 - 3 hours from start to finish is our norm and we are working diligently to make it even easy with our online buying center DUBS Direct. Now to fast forward to 2020 and your service complaint - AT NO TIME DO WALK-INS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER APPOINTMENTS; that is a CLEAR misunderstanding of how our shop operates (Express Lube, Diagnostics, and heavy-line) . Since March 18th we have been operating under COVID parameters and our teams have been operating in shifts. It does appear we dropped the ball on returning a call. This mistake has been recognized and our Service Manager or Tammy will be reaching out to you directly. Again, we appreciate and value your review because it is our purpose to provide a superior service and TOP-notch experience. Our award winning sales and service teams adhere to our philosophy - it is NOT just about selling and servicing automobiles, it is HOW we do it. Lastly, thank you for your service to our country.
