I am sure you have pleased plenty of people. I regret buying from and having to deal your company. I moved back to Oklahoma from Germany and needed a car that day if I could have wait one more day I woul buying from and having to deal your company. It was just bad service I walked in passing one salesman playing or texting and he look and saw me but didn’t even acknowledge me with a greeting. Then I Walked up to two other salesman having a conversation at the counter and asked to speak with the manager. They yelled at the salesman I passed to go get the manager and continued their conversation about a club/party(very Professional). I was there over 10 hours I understand people have bad days but not your whole staff. The financing was even a problem to deal with $7,000 check in hand and pre-financed that’s when we start to walk out. The wife and I thought about the cost to change reservations if we would’ve waited one more day to buy from someone else. I held my breath on the after sales critique because your sales manager and Dave said if your not gonna rate us in us 5of 5 stars don’t rate us at all. I felt that was shady at the time because they knew screwed up. Since then my appointment for services as pushed back and was told that I would have to wait for two hours because your service team accepted walk-ins over my appointment. Now my air bag light is on your team replaced a sensor but that was not the fix. I took it in again and you had to order another part. Now my door sensor, parking breaks and auto stop Errors are happening quite often and I have videos to show it. I call to schedule getting my vehicle in and spoke to tony. He wrote down my information and problems but has not responded yet it’s been over 2 weeks. I live in Lawton and I would like to coordinate a loner vehicle before I drive up there to OKC. Tammy has been great dealing with. I have been driving a VW for over 6 years now. Because we don’t have a VW dealer here in Lawton when people ask I don’t recommend your location. I send all my Soldiers to Fowler Volkswagen of Norman to see Toni Thomas. More
