This dealership is a total joke just warm bodies showing up to collect a pay check. The techs are clueless when I have to drive 2 hrs to diagnose the problem for the techs after talking to them on the phone up to collect a pay check. The techs are clueless when I have to drive 2 hrs to diagnose the problem for the techs after talking to them on the phone and giving them exact details of what was wrong and how to duplicate the complaint and then they changed parts that did not relate to the complaint with the issue never being resolved.Tammy and Kye was very polite I must add but after 2 trips to this service department and almost a month in the shop with the issue not being fixed I’m still frustrated. More

I always appreciate the service dept at VW of OKC. My advisor, Brian, is so helpful and knowledgeable and I can tell he wants to provide the best, most efficient, fairly priced service possible while inc advisor, Brian, is so helpful and knowledgeable and I can tell he wants to provide the best, most efficient, fairly priced service possible while inconveniencing the client as little as possible. I appreciate the shuttle service when I need it and the video reports sent by the technicians. There are a whole bunch of little things that they all do that just make the experience so much more positive than other dealers. I never thought I’d say this about a dealership service center after previous experiences with other brands, but I trust these guys! More
