I've been a customer of OKC VW for almost 2 years now. The people and the atmosphere at the dealership are very relaxing while still being quite professional. I like just hanging out there. Love the car on the highway...comfortable, swift and efficient. Knowing I had OKC VW behind me made all those trips stress-free. More

We are used to coming in for the express service as an appointment isn't required for it. Making an appointment is difficult for us as we travel anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours to get there appointment isn't required for it. Making an appointment is difficult for us as we travel anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours to get there and never know about traffic or construction. We usually have excellent service through the express as we are not standing around for upwards of over an hour then. With covid, we checked the site and there was nothing saying they were not doing express service. It was a quick oil change we were needing as i was already past due and with the fact volkswagon puts in a 1 time use plug on my mitsubishi, i have to keep coming to them. When we got there this time, we were told it would be a few hours since we didnt have an appointment. What? What happened to express? The guy went to the back and came back "i just pulled a guy off another job to work on your car" oh. Ok. In and out within 30 min like it should be. When we went to pay i got told "i had him rush it so he could get back to work." Ok??? Was he off the clock when working on my car or am i not as important as the next customer that they just did a rush job? I know i dont have a nice expensive import or anything, but i expect to be treated like my business matters too. Even if it is just an oil change. Overall, the service guy was RUDE. It's like we inconvienced him. If you would put a teplacable plug in my car, i would just stop going so far and putting my car over the miles recommended between oil changes. I have asked for a replacable plug and got told no so im stuck. I have even offered to purchase a replacable plug but no one will put one in if it isnt already there due to liability. Not the finest moments for volkswagon this time around. More
