The good part is that the reason we took the car to the shop was covered under an extended warranty we added when we bought the vehicle; so we didn't have to spend the money we budgeted for repairs. The bad news is that the money we did budget for repairs; we used to pay for the extra maintenance that dealerships recommend. One of those items was sparkplug replacement. When the technician replaced the plugs, that caused the car to shake when idle and run hard. I found this out after I had picked the car up and was about a mile down the road. Turns out the ECF/ECM(one of those) coils got messed up during the plugchange. We had to take the vehicle back. All total we were out of our vehicle for 4 days, had to pay for extra parts that we had not planned on. The svc rep gave us a discount on the parts; but we still ended up having to pay extra While I expect this out of some local no name shop, I don't expect this out of the dealership, so that's why I'm a little bent about it. At any rate your employees were nice. More
OKC VW's Service Department provides outstanding customer service. They're always accommodating when I miss my appointment or I'm late. They're willing to reschedule me but more often they graciously work me service. They're always accommodating when I miss my appointment or I'm late. They're willing to reschedule me but more often they graciously work me in the same day as soon as I arrive. They're very good about keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle while I wait. The free beverages & comfortable wait areas make for an enjoyable experience. And the work chairs & desk area w/ multiple electric outlets in addition to the free Wi-Fi enable me to accomplish necessary tasks when I'd rather work instead of relaxing. More

Poor customer service. Tammy was extremely rude. Also failed to follow up on a claim. The service manager was also not helpful. The only person who was decent here was Brian. I was unable to contact anyone at the dealership in any of the ways they published on their website and their facebook page when the power was out due to an ice storm. As a result, we were unable to pick up my wife's car until Friday when the work was completed on the prior Tuesday. Power and communications outage due to weather, out of your control, that's not the issue, the issue is the lack of response when I attempted to communicate in the ways you specified as a work-around during the outage. If you tell people to contact you via the chat on the website, have more than a bot respond.. if you tell people to use facebook messenger, respond when they send you a message. It's not that hard, and not that you care as evidenced by the non-response to the previous communications, but I will never return to your dealership. I'll be purchasing my wife a new tiguan in the future, there is no way will it be from you. More
