While their customer service has been good. Their body work SUCKS! I would NOT take your VW here to get body work done. After 2 visits to the shop my fender is still messed up. It’s missing bolts and is n work SUCKS! I would NOT take your VW here to get body work done. After 2 visits to the shop my fender is still messed up. It’s missing bolts and is not aligned correctly. And my front passenger side door makes a loud noise when opening and closing due to being jammed. They are visible and audible issues that the technician seems to miss the last 2 times I took it in. I’m still waiting for them to order more parts and try fixing this problem again. This has been an issue since Feb 10th. More

Service Rep (Brian) was great. Could’ve followed up more often but I think the reason he didn’t was because the actually technician(s) didn’t give him information. It took over 2 weeks to get my repairs don often but I think the reason he didn’t was because the actually technician(s) didn’t give him information. It took over 2 weeks to get my repairs done. The first time I picked up my car the light came back on 2 miles down the road because they didn’t fix everything that was wrong (even though it was covered by my warranty). Luckily Brian had a rent car ready to go that he loaned me. If it’s covered by warranty and a related issue it should probably be fixed on the first go. Brian was constantly having to seek information that wasn’t provided by the technicians. I know they are busy but that’s not ever a good enough excuse to a customer. More
