Service Rep (Brian) was great. Could’ve followed up more often but I think the reason he didn’t was because the actually technician(s) didn’t give him information. It took over 2 weeks to get my repairs don often but I think the reason he didn’t was because the actually technician(s) didn’t give him information. It took over 2 weeks to get my repairs done. The first time I picked up my car the light came back on 2 miles down the road because they didn’t fix everything that was wrong (even though it was covered by my warranty). Luckily Brian had a rent car ready to go that he loaned me. If it’s covered by warranty and a related issue it should probably be fixed on the first go. Brian was constantly having to seek information that wasn’t provided by the technicians. I know they are busy but that’s not ever a good enough excuse to a customer. More

Instead of turning in my leased Golf, I decided to buy it. Love that little car! Not only are they very friendly & respectful, they want to find you the best deal possible. I shopped around for an amazin it. Love that little car! Not only are they very friendly & respectful, they want to find you the best deal possible. I shopped around for an amazing interest rate & was very pleased with what I found. They found one a full 1.5 points lower - even lower than my credit union’s best new car rate! On a used car?! I was blown away! The car was in for routine service 5 months ago, but that didn’t matter. They did a full inspection & service, plus a full detail job as if it was going on to the sales lot. Not only does my 3 year old Golf still run like new, it looks factory new again! I cannot say enough about OKC VW. Whether it’s sales or service, they are fantastic! More
