Worst service I have ever received at OKC VW Matt left the store and I never heard from him again. I texted him, no reply, I called and was put on hold, no one ever got back to me. Took 2 1//2 hours for a the store and I never heard from him again. I texted him, no reply, I called and was put on hold, no one ever got back to me. Took 2 1//2 hours for an oil change...and I had an appointment. No one willing to help me or correct the problem. No apologies or explanations for SLOW service or why no contact with Advisor. More

I have only worked with service department and they have always been very nice and helpful only complaint is there needs to be more help in service they run like crazy and trying to call in to talk to someo always been very nice and helpful only complaint is there needs to be more help in service they run like crazy and trying to call in to talk to someone is impossible.
