I love my Volkswagon EOS. It is a fun car. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was very nice and they made the whole process easy and efficient. best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was very nice and they made the whole process easy and efficient. More

I simply do not have time to haggle over a few dollars, rates, etc. I first visited another VW dealership close by and got the high pressure sales experience, which was a total turn-off for me. After a f rates, etc. I first visited another VW dealership close by and got the high pressure sales experience, which was a total turn-off for me. After a few phone calls to Ron Roe at Cable VW (on my way from the other dealer), I had already found the car I wanted and come to an agreement on terms. The sales process was simple and expedited by Jon Cable himself, the people were great, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. More
Parts are overpriced. Service looks for the slightest thing to say needs fixing when it doesn't. Went in for a flex pipe, told them it was the flex pipe. They came back with over $1500 in repairs. I g thing to say needs fixing when it doesn't. Went in for a flex pipe, told them it was the flex pipe. They came back with over $1500 in repairs. I gladly picked up my car and took it elsewhere. The only actual problem was, as I had told them, the flex pipe. So I went from an estimate $1500 in repairs to an actual $350 in repairs. I don't trust them to even do an oil change, no telling what they'll come back and tell me needs fixing. More
I bought a new Bettle from this dealership and they were really great to work with! Jim was very helpful in assisting me with picking out the car and showing me all of the features on it. The financing was really great to work with! Jim was very helpful in assisting me with picking out the car and showing me all of the features on it. The financing was a fairly simple process and were great about explaining the maintainance schedule to me. Everyone was really friendly and helpful at Cable and I look forward to bringing my vehicle in for maintainance there in the future. More
I visited this dealership on numerous occasions throughout our Passat 3 yr lease. I found the service department to be one of the worst I've ever dealt with. I had several bad experiences at this throughout our Passat 3 yr lease. I found the service department to be one of the worst I've ever dealt with. I had several bad experiences at this dealer that lead me to choose another vehicle make since these guys were the only dealer in town (at the time). The thought of dealing with them over another 3 year lease was too much to bear. These guys left my drain plug loose after an oil change, where several quarts of oil dumped on my garage floor overnight, they called me once to tell me my service was complete, so I drove 40min to get the car to find they hadn't started it. They once attempted to repair my electronic parking brake unsuccessfully. When I got home I found parts of my parking sensor button on the floor board (the "factory trained tech" thought that was the parking brake button, which is why they couldn't fix it). As a whole, I found this dealer service department to be incompetent, and even after all of the trouble, extremely rude, and unapologetic. Though I've never visited the dealer in Norman, they can't be any worse that these guys. More
i have been shopping for a new, or used car, for quite some time now. i went to dealerships and was totally looked down on because i am yougn seventeen, but then again you dont wanna gett bombarded with s some time now. i went to dealerships and was totally looked down on because i am yougn seventeen, but then again you dont wanna gett bombarded with sales associates and pressured into buying a new car. when i first got there NO ONE bombarded me. soon later dave walked through and i explained to him that i had received no help. he said that at this dealership they dont want to annoy the customer but they also like to show the customer that they can assist me... dave asked me three questions and we were lookin at cars. he showed me a stunning 09 gti coupe turbo... it was beautiful. he let me drive it. showed me every single feature (awesome, since im tech guru) he didnt make me feel like a kid and he was very very very helpful... if you are looking for high quality VW's cable volkswagen on 39th st. is the place to go.. BE SURE to ask for dave. hes been workin there for over 12 years so he knows everything there is to know about the cars... he even asked me if i knew how much my insurance would be on the car... i mean seriously.. NO sales person cares about anything but there comission... & seriously dave didnt. i even called the manager to compliment him on his business and to tell him how great and helpful dave was and the manager knew me by name. i love this dealership. and i cant wait till i build the courage to actually commit to buy my dream car. this will be the only place i go More
