Brian did a great job. I called if he had a tire for our 2017 Audi that no one else had. I now know that I should have called him first. AAA picked up my car around 2:00PM and at 3:45 he called and told m 2017 Audi that no one else had. I now know that I should have called him first. AAA picked up my car around 2:00PM and at 3:45 he called and told me it was ready. Not only was it ready but it was washed and wiped dry. The ending of a day that I thought was going to be a nightmare. More

I had my cars entire fuel system replaced which cost $5500 and upon return I notice there was a huge crack in the windshield. I asked the service technician about it and he said it was above his pay gra $5500 and upon return I notice there was a huge crack in the windshield. I asked the service technician about it and he said it was above his pay grade and said that a manager will get back with me. I am still waiting to hear back from the service manager and it’s been almost 3 weeks. I spent $5500 and expected them to do what’s right and fix my windshield. Won’t be going back there or give any good reviews. More

I purchased my vehicle used from another dealership. I began having issues with the vehicle and had to have it towed to Oklahoma City Volkswagen in the wee hours of the morning. Once I called them, everyt began having issues with the vehicle and had to have it towed to Oklahoma City Volkswagen in the wee hours of the morning. Once I called them, everything was seamless and easy after that. I really appreciated the contact via text as I was sick and quarantined at the time. I want to thank Tammy for being my point of contact and Javier V for being my technician! Since getting my car back I have had zero issues, I will definitely be a return customer! More
