When I called them for help, they came immediately took the tire back to the shop, repaired it, and got me going again in no time. They refused to charged me, and refused a tip. I'll buy all future trucks from this Dealership. They are trully a 5 STARS Dealer. More
We stopped in on a Monday afternoon to see if we needed an appointment for service and to order a driver seat cover to replace a defective seat cover (these things are $700) which we had been told by anoth an appointment for service and to order a driver seat cover to replace a defective seat cover (these things are $700) which we had been told by another Jeep service department in another town, that we needed this done while under warranty. No one was visible or available so we left. We stopped by again. This time, the assistant manager was available and suggested we come back in the morning at 8a. He then warned us that no one moves very fast in service as they are all 'a bunch of old guys'. He was effectively putting down his whole department. We dont' mind slow work as long it is done right. But this unprofessionalism bothered us. We decided to come here because it is closest to us. We arrived by 8a. on a Tuesday. We told the service manager that we have an auto-care service plan (good till 36,000 miles). Our car was not taken into the service area immediately, it sat there for some time. While we waited, the assistant service manager came to us and told us that 'his' upholstry guy said that ''I don't know what jerk offs have been telling you that you need a seat cover, there is nothing wrong with the one you have, those idiots just didn't know how to properly place the clips." So he is fixing it right now. Well, that is good news that will save us time, but again, we did not care for the negative comments made towards a dealership that gave us great customer care and service. We would have had that dealership do the seat work if we were going to be in that town long enough (needed 2 months for the part). So, anyway we sat a while longer, and then here he comes again. He told us that the seat cover could not be clipped in as it was defective and needed to have a new one made for it and that the upholstery guy was wrong, we would have to order one and have one made after all. So the 'idiots' at the other dealership was right! So so unprofessional!! Then we waited and waited and waited. Two hours later we walk around the corner of the building and see our car sitting there. No one had come to tell us it was ready for pick up. How long would we have sat in the waiting room? Even tho we had an auto-care plan, our oil was changed, but our tires were not rotated, along with anything else that was to be checked under the auto-care plan. The only thing on the paper was the oil change. To top it off, they wanted us to pay for the oil change! UNFRIGINBELIEVABLE We wil never ever go to this dealership/service center again for anything! They need to hire new service managers who can make things move and happen along with good customer relations. Compared to other service centers we have been to over the years, this one ranks the lowest. More
