I said no 2021 he asked how many miles and I realized he only wanted to sell me a new jeep!!! What the heck Worst customer service ever Then Jason Paraons walked out and asked what was going on By then, I was almost in tears trying to figure out how I was going to get home He took a look, and said wait while I look online to see if I can help 5 minutes later he appears with a screw driver, fixed my seat and I could not stop thanking this kind soul enough while the sales person was not a nice man, I was so impressed with Jason that I would give him 10’stars if I could. Because of Jason, I will buy my next car there if he is still around And I don’t even know if he is a sales person! Thank you Jason for saving this old lady More
I went in for a repair and was found to have a major problem. Too much for repair. Dwayne Tanner was awesome and introduced me to Samantha who was wonderful and assisted me in purchasing another vehicle problem. Too much for repair. I felt confident buying a jeep from a jeep dealership bc I was told that it had been inspected and serviced by Jeep mechanics. Less than 100 miles after purchase it's at another dealership fixing items that shouldnt have been missed. I contacted both the salesperson and the finance manager and never got a response. You sell someone a car a week ago and when they notify you there are issues you dont even reach out?? The new sales manager Kyle had said multiple times that the previous manager priced my car too cheap but they made up for it by adding 30% to the price in dealer fees which included a $1500 accessory fee for "getting it ready for sale" 100 miles later it's sitting at a different dealership More
