Made a appointment for the next day. A few minutes later I received a phone call from a sales rep from the dealer to check if I had questions. I told him I was surprised that he called because I already had a contact. Come to find out that the number I first called was a Call center and not the dealership and that actually, they added another 2k for car reconditioning….bringing the car at the door at about 25k. i asked to talk to a manager “Andre“, nasty attitude, telling me that he had a hard time with my accent! I am special education teacher and in this country for the last 25 years and I never had a problem before…especially from someone who “axe” me questions! He hung up on me because I confronted him. I called back and his excuse was that we were disconnected. He did not even have the courage to own his actions. He agreed to reduce the price to 24k and told me that the reconditioning fees were mentioned on the site. I double checked and THEY ARE NOT! . I canceled my appointment because I will NEVER do business with this type of xxxx bags. Since then I received a few texts and at least 5 phone calls from sales people to get my business. AVOID THIS DEALER LIKE THE PLEAGUE More

Sold us a vehicle they knew had issues. Told us we had to buy warranty or loan wouldn’t be approved. I was sold a vehicle that I am sure that Chrysler Corporation, would consider to be in unacceptable condition for sale. The way that I was treated after the sale, would also be considered highly unacceptable by Chrysler Corporation. I am trying to appeal to this dealership to do what is right and reimburse me for substantial repair costs, after the sale, but they aren't having any of that. After to attempts to solicit customer satisfaction support from this dealership, I was told by my "sales representative" that the GM would call me if he was "willing" to even take an interest in my dissatisfaction.
