We went above and beyond to assist this customer with his issue on a 2006 Honda with 157k miles. We immediately took his call and dealt with Robert directly. We understand he is very upset that we would not agree to buy the vehicle back without diagnosing the problem first. Customer stated the vehicle runs and drives fine with no issues but there is a Check Engine Light on with a code for transmission. We offered to ship the vehicle back at our cost to the dealership 1.5 hours to have inspected and the customer was not satisfied with that and demanded we buy it back. The customer asked for 3rd party to arbitrate and we agreed to the customer’s wishes.
