DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! !!! If I could give zero stars, I would. We trusted their (Jack B.) word and provided a deposit to secure a car and all applicable rebates. We receive !!! We received notification they finally received our vehicle and that it was ready to pick up. My wife was so excited to pick up her new car and went to the dealership by herself to finish all paperwork and bring her new car home. Guess what, all the numbers changed and the $7,500 rebate was no longer available for this vehicle. No information was EVER provided that the rebates were slated to expire. We spoke with Jack several times over the next two weeks (while we waited for the car to be delivered) and he NEVER mentioned anything about the rebate or that it was to expire. Only communication was to let us know that the delay in receiving the vehicle was due to the weather and that the truck broke down. They provided a new proposal for the vehicle and that her payment would be close to the original quote, but this of course was not the case. After a while and thorough confusion as to how they are now arriving at the new values, she finally gave in and signed. Upon her arrival home, I was made of aware of the situation and was beyond disappointed as you can imagine. I went to the dealership the next day for an explanation and received a complete runaround while they tried to explain. In fact, Jack stated that he could not really show me how they arrive at the final value because it is only factored on his screen and unable to provide or print for the customer. So many red flags with this transaction and this dealership and we should have paid attention. The dealership is a dump and now it all makes sense. We only hope to help others with this review as it is now too late for us, STAY AWAY!!!! Go anywhere else and I mean anywhere! More
Henry was very attentive and was great to work with in getting our new Lincoln. We called ahead and not only was the car we were interested in ready for a test drive but he also had a pricing sheet ready getting our new Lincoln. After briefly speaking, I could tell Henry shared the love for the Lincoln brand and had the expertise and commitment I love to find in an auto salesperson. The deal was closed with Henry's close personal attention to meeting my expectations and I purchased the car, sight unseen, from my home in Virginia. Thank you, Henry for taking such good care. This dealership sold me a car with a branded title claiming it was for a knock sound that was fixed. Never informed me that I could not resell it. Jack is the sales man and Zak Kammerer is his shady, dishonest Business Manager that thinks talking a lot makes him sound smart and honest, nope! I have been relying on Ogden Lincoln for over 20 years to service my vehicles. When it came to purchasing a new Lincoln Corsair hybrid I again relied on them. Ogden Lincoln has the best customer service in the business! During these difficult times it is extremely hard to locate new vehicles at all let alone a specific model in the color of our liking not t business! Because of this known issue we didn't get our hopes up when we went from dealership to dealership hearing the same story no matter what make dealership we were in. We stopped at a Lincoln store closer to home and they were only interested in selling their stock (which was nothing to write home about) and once again gave the same reasons.. We ultimately decided to go out to Ogden Lincoln as we had good luck with them a few years ago. As soon as we walked in the sales manager Matt Kramer spotted us! It felt like we were greeted by a family member who we hadn't seen in a while. He took us to his desk and asked what he could do for us? I told him exactly what we were looking for and then I started to cringe, Matt on the other hand said "let's see what we can do!" The next thing I knew he was spinning his screen around and showed us the exact Navigator we wanted, we couldn't believe it! That was something we didn't expect but better yet the price was more than right! All of the other makes of cars, and the 1st Lincoln dealership we went to all were gouging! We realize that the ability to get more than sticker is up to each dealer and we got to see just how bad some of them really are! Matt made the experience so smooth and the price so right that we couldn't imagine buying from anyone else or anywhere else! If you want it your way right away go to Ogden Lincoln. More
