Need to File against Surety bond They have wronged lots of customers with Titles and then went out of business. Anyone out there can help I would gladly appreciate. I paid for car w They have wronged lots of customers with Titles and then went out of business. Anyone out there can help I would gladly appreciate. I paid for car with check and clear title trade in and they never gave me a title now state wants 50,000 bond from ME to obtain a title for 11,500 car I bought. So wrong. Filed with Better Business Bureau but they just said they out of Business. No telling how many cars were sold without giving hard working people their Titles. Very sad very dishonest and state of Alabama is not helping my cost would be over 1,000 for 50,000 bond. More
Stay away from this place!! I bought a 2013 Cadillac and traded in my vehicle with a clean title. Paid cash for the vehicle and they said they would mail me the title. Since it w I bought a 2013 Cadillac and traded in my vehicle with a clean title. Paid cash for the vehicle and they said they would mail me the title. Since it was a Saturday, the title is held by a holding company and they have to get the title from them and turn it in to the state to process it. It’s been a month now and still have not received my title. Have called them daily now for the past 2 weeks and they always refer me back to Ashley the owner who is the only person who deals with titles. Ashley never answers the phone or returns phone calls. My original temp lag has expired and I am on my second temp tag. Have spoken to Brittany, Jose and the manager several times. Not sure what to do now since its a 2 hr drive to get there and at the mercy of Ashley being there if I do make the trip. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. More

Needless to say im in fl with a car with no tag. Dmv here still has no title and wll i get is a run around everytime i reach out to these people. I purchased a car a month ago and traded mine in. My old vehicle was never paid off and im still recieving calls about making a payment. I have given them the information and pay off amounts on 3 different occassions. I was sent back to fl without a temp tag and told i had 48hrs to transfer my fl tag l. Go to the dmv here in fl and they say they cant do anything without a title and the dealership said they will send it out and it will take 10 dsys. Now its been 30 and they still dont have it. Well the dmv told them to overnight us a temp tag and we got it 3 days later. But thats now expired and still no title ..... ahhhhh. Call over and over, run around, run around and no solution. When u purchase a car here they have u sign a paper saying if u have a issue u will not go to court. Now i know why, this place is sneaky and all about money. More

BEWARE! Prices are great but you get the service you pay for :( We purchased a vehicle through this dealership. At the outset, they were very helpful and delivered the car to me in Florida. However, things f :( We purchased a vehicle through this dealership. At the outset, they were very helpful and delivered the car to me in Florida. However, things fell apart shortly thereafter. We had a deal for tax, tag, title everything paid for, out the door at a set price. However, when they finally sent my paperwork to the state (2 weeks after my temporary tags had expired and I had to call them every day to try to get them to mail the paperwork), I was told I owed $437. The dealership never mentioned I would owe anymore, the deal was supposed to factor in Florida tax and all fees. Conveniently they told me the man who had told me this didn't work there anymore and they were sorry but there was nothing they could do, I was on the hook for $437 that no one ever told me about, and it was my problem. Gary claimed he told me they were only paying 2% of the taxed and I would have to pay the other 4% but that is a flat untruth. It was never mentioned to me that I would have to come out of pocket to the state of Florida for anything. Even the man who delivered my car said I was good and would just have to wait for my plates to come in the mail. Also they didn't pay off our trade in until 36 days after the trade in was made (again, after having to call them for 2 weeks daily to get someone to actually mail the check) and we were 1 day away from being reported to the credit agencies for having a 30 day late payment when Capital One finally received the check. If I hadn't been so diligent about calling Off Lease every day (sometimes multiple times a day) our credit would have taken a hit. I love my car but I am furious with the shoddy service that put me at risk of losing points on my credit score, getting a ticket for expired temporary tags, and costing me $437 when I was told everything was covered. BAD Business to buy a vehicle from BEWARE!!! Mislead on purchase of a vehicle, had to pay out monies to have vehicle safe road ready. Purchased vehicle from Off Lease Auto Outlet in D BEWARE!!! Mislead on purchase of a vehicle, had to pay out monies to have vehicle safe road ready. Purchased vehicle from Off Lease Auto Outlet in Daphne, Al. on 12/1/2016. During the smooth and friendly transaction Salesman had mentioned that they normally fill the vehicles with fuel upon purchase, but felt that it was unnecessary because the vehicle had 3/4 of a tank of gasoline. The check engine light was on when we test drove the vehicle. General Manager had the vehicle taken to the garage area to resolve the check engine light issue. He had come back a few moments later to say that it was resolved and that the gas cap was loose. Cap was tightened and check engine light was no longer illuminated. We were also told that the vehicles go through a series of checks and certified. Later that day the check engine light came back on. I checked to see if possibly the gas cap was loose again and to my surprise this particular vehicle was design and built with "no cap". Also, to have retrieved and cleared the DTCS P0420 and P0460 codes, Service Technician had to know of what the codes were. These were the check engine light codes I retrieved later in the day from an AutoZone. We had taken the vehicle into a Ford Service Department and found that the vehicle was: 1) In need of a clutch assembly. 2) Evap purge valve to be faulty, found fuel in canister, fuel tank collapsed/deformed from faulty purge valve (check engine code DTCS P0420), replaced fuel tank, fuel pump, evap purge valve and evap canister at a cost of $2266.85. Purchased the Extended Warranty. Extended Warranty Company would not cover any cost due to they felt it was a "pre-existing condition" and that there was a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) 16-0062 on vehicle. 3) The Catalytic Converter had to be replaced, (check engine code DTCS P0460). We had tried to resolve this issue by telephone, e-mail and BBB – Better Business Bureau, Complaint ID#: 85071409 with Off Lease Auto Outlet in Daphne, Al. to only not answer the phone, return e-mails and no response to BBB. The walked me through an inspection over the phone going over in detail any scratches, or imperfections with the vehicle. We talked about the glass, the carpets, the electrical, and other components. I was told that the vehicle had gone through the service department for a complete inspection and that everything looked good. After being satisfied with the condition, I purchased the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, the check engine light was on, there was a nail in the front tire, and there was a chip in the front glass. Called the dealership dozens of times over the next few months. It was nearly impossible to get a manager on the phone, messages were not returned, nor were e-mails. The few times I was able to speak to a manager, I was transferred to the service department who tried to give me simple fixes like changing the oil or disconnecting the battery for 15 min to clear the codes. After doing everything they had asked and getting frustrated with the lack of communication, I took the vehicle to a local dealership for an inspection. I found out that the vehicle had over $6,000 worth of repairs that were needed. Still no response from the dealership and NO attempt to even negotiate on making this right. Stay away from this dealership no matter how good the deal may look. More
Worst experance ever !!! I had done tons of the research the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring. I had looked through many sites and found the perfect one at Off Lease Auto I had done tons of the research the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring. I had looked through many sites and found the perfect one at Off Lease Auto Outlet in Daphne. I drive all the way to the dealership and test drive the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring. On the test drive I had looked the automobile over. Inside and out. On inspection I did find a few scratches here and there. NO cracked windshield. Got inside to start the paperwork. This is where things started going down hill. I had brought a print out of the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring from the Off Lease Auto Outlet webpage. The price that was on the internet was $6,997. The dealer Stephen tried to tell me that the car was listed incorrectly on the website. If this was true it had been listed incorrectly for 68 days. Not likely. Stephen then told me that I would have to pay $8,999 for the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring that was listed for $6,997. I told Stephen that, this was incorrect and that they were supposed to honor the online price. After about 30 min. to an hour of going back and forth with Stephen and the dealership about the price. They finally agreed to sell the van to me at the price of $6,997, which was only fair. I was taken over to the finance man and we started working on the paperwork. Then another problem came up. They did not want to finance the low amount and wanted to "add" some to the price so that it could be financed. This was insane I had never heard of adding to a price just to get the automobile financed. So, we left the dealership empty-handed. I then called Stephen two days later and let him know that I would like to pay cash for the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring . I even made a $1,500 down payment over the phone due to the fact that I was in the hospital recovering from an unexpected illness. Stephen told me that they would bring the van around back and park it till I can come pick it up. I go a few weeks later to pick up the van. I noticed tinny pings from gravel or something all over the windshield after driving off the lot and down the road. When I called about this I was told that they could do nothing to help with this problem that they had already lost so much selling me the van at the price that I saw it advertised for on the website. The next day that I came out to get in the van the little ping marks had turned into full blown cracks. This did not occur in my drive. A windshield does not crack like that overnight. Something happened to the van while it was on the lot. But Off Lease Auto Outlet refused to make it right by either repairing or replacing the windshield that was cracked while the van sat on their lot. I was told by Stephen that "It was not their problem now" I thought that Off Lease Auto Outlet would want to make this right and correct the situation. All I got was a run around and spoken very rude to by Off Lease Auto Outlet Staff. So now I have an automobile that is three days old to me and it just sits in my drive because it is illegal to drive an automobile with a cracked windshield. I was told file it on my insurance. Only problem there is it happened on the lot not by fault of mine. So now I have to save at lease $500 or more to replace the windshield of an automobile that I just bought. I will NEVER buy another automobile from this shady lot again. I can not believe this lot did this. I thought there were laws in place to prevent this type of thing. I would not have even given Off Lease Auto Outlet in Daphne one star but I had to give a rating to post my review. It should be a minus five stars. Such horrible customer service and the staff was so rude. They refused to fix a problem that was a fault of their own. Buyer beware, this dealership also pressure washed the motor to make it look clean so you will not think there are any leaks or anything wrong with an automobile. Go anywhere but Off Lease Auto Outlet in Daphne, Al. There were many positive reviews for this dealership so I thought this dealership would be fair and offer a great price. More
