Almost every time I enter the glass doors and stand to wait for the next customer service representative, no one person looks up to acknowledge me. It doesn't take much to simply look up and say, "Hi, I'l wait for the next customer service representative, no one person looks up to acknowledge me. Nope, I just wait there like I don't exist, then when someone is finally done typing, is when they finally address me. I've never cared about the lack of customer service enough to write about it, but this time there was something else... Every time I have my vehicle serviced, it comes back washed. This time, however, it was not washed. I asked, and the person helping me said the car wash shuts down at 4pm. So, I got in my car and looked at the time---it was 3:52pm. I went to a nearby car wash and paid $20 to get my car washed. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. More

Overall, my experience was smooth and enjoyable. The only downside was that it took a little longer than expected to sign the paperwork, but I understand that sometimes dealerships have busy days.
