Immediate Service I was attended to immediately and was told I would have to wait for my car to be serviced for about 3 hours. I wasn't expecting such a long wait since I was attended to immediately and was told I would have to wait for my car to be serviced for about 3 hours. I wasn't expecting such a long wait since I had an appointment, but was given the option of having an Uber pick me up to take me to any designated location near the area and then pick me up from there as soon as my car service was complete. Horrible A DISASTER both times I had to go there in 1 week! Courteous and Professional I went to service my car for the first time at this location and I was beyond impressed. Everyone I encountered was very professional and so pleasant I went to service my car for the first time at this location and I was beyond impressed. Everyone I encountered was very professional and so pleasant to work with. The young lady who took my keys (I wish I got her name) to Adriane and Joey! Amazing young men. All the way to my last interaction with the cashier, sorry didn't get her message either. She was nice to get me some sodas while I waited. Thank you Ocean Mazda of Doral! I have found my new home!
