They try to sell u services I went there for oil change. Angel is amazing but this time I got some guy who tried to sell me all these things that I didn't need. I said no, after the service and tire rotation, my car started vibrating... I took it back and was told now I needed to balance tires. I had no idea that wasnt included... spoke to manager and he tried very much to help but made it worse. When I explained the other guy told me I needed new wipers, he tried them and they were ok. I was told I needed new air filters and they were barely used. It was still white.... just dusty. As I said, knw wht ure going in for and dont let them try to sell u stuff. More

It had been a long time since I experienced such great interest, care and cordiality by the Service Dept crew (Joey Tejeda & a young lady who assisted me as I drove into the area - also the girls in the cashier dept., extremely friendly and professional). I was only disappointed with the inventory available in the waiting area. I was looking for 2 items to purchase and found neither: a) a silver shade for my Mazda3 was not available and 2) a cordless bluetooth ear plug) - it would also have been nice to find other good quality auto items. I would say that inventory quality and quantity was mediocre. More

Had it towed at My Mazda all of a sudden decided not to start. Rare as I've driven the car for 25,0000 miles and it's never given me one days trouble. Had it towed at 8pm at night to the dealer and Andy took care of everything the next morning. Andy called me, communicated clearly and in a very friendly manner what was wrong with the car and gave me all my options. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just the facts and real advice. Got my Zoom Zoom back midday and all is good. More
