They sent me coupon and did my oil change and recall with them , they assisted accommodating me for Pleasure having to deal w ocean Mazda every time. They sent me coupon and did my oil change and recall with them , they assisted accommodating me for a specific day appt I needed , followed up and let me know how everything was going with the vehicle and they lend me a vehicle as well. I had issue to pick up but they assisted me w specific instructions and accommodations , as mentioned it was a pleasure dealing with them - it makes it that much easier to return for service at the dealer. Angel, Janette, and Brian all were very helpful and understanding of my situation . I will highly recommend ocean Mazda More

Overall - pretty decent. Although I come from Acura, and have always had an exceptional experience there, Mazda was pretty great. Of course, I would have loved a free coffee (unsure if machine worked because there were no cups), but $1 coffee from a person who made it right there was cool - as well as being able to get a pastry. The lady at the coffee spot gave my daughter a free croqueta, so that was also nice. I was also hoping for a little vacuuming to have been done inside my car but maybe other people don’t like that and think it’s too intrusive. Ahh well. Timing was a little over what I would like, when I was quoted an hour to an hour and a half and it took 2 hours and a half. Service people I dealt with were great - very positive and communicated things well. Unfortunately I don’t recall their names. More

I paid for service once they told me it was ready, for my surprise they told me they did not have the keys yet since the car was being wash (i did not had a problem with it). I waited and could have been waiting more if it wasn't for the advisor, which noticed that I was still there waiting.. Quote: "Everything ok? they have not given you the keys yet?" then he asked the ladies there for my key and it was handed to him right away like the keys been there sometime on the board. There should be a system implemented that they know which keys should be handed to the customers once they paid and are waiting to get out of there. Besides that everything else was great~ More
