If it wasn't because I'm leasing, I'd never go back Service is usually very quick so I made an Appointment on my birthday to get it serviced. I had brunch plans so I was expecting to be in and out as us Service is usually very quick so I made an Appointment on my birthday to get it serviced. I had brunch plans so I was expecting to be in and out as usual. Upon my arrival I was told to wait in line like everyone else so I guess it made no difference that I had made an appointment. Was told it would only take 5-10 min ended up being 45 min before someone attended me. When I went to go pick up the car, Service was closed so I went to reception where they should have left my keys, come to find out they hadn't. It was Saturday so sunday they were closed and Monday I had to work early. The manager there told me that they should have informed me that Service closes at 3pm which they didn't I have a voicemail to prove it. When I finally received the bill It was almost double then what I had expected to pay and they said that they had to replace a filter to which they had not asked for PERMISSION to change which is illegal in the FL state. Upon further review of the bill they had run diagnostic and said that they hadn't replaced another filter that was needed. Why just change one filter instead of both if you were already doing things without permission. Truly terrible service, If it wasn't because I'm leasing the car I would never go back. More
