This dealer is a con artist. My husband has been taking his car here consistently, and now his car is completely dead. An independent mechanic confirmed that much of the work the dealer was charging us for was never performed despite work orders having been issued and despite the fact that we paid for the work. The dealer also failed to alert us to critical issues with the car despite having performed their inspections. More

Too much waiting.. I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment with a service advisor. He told me on the phone that when I showed up I needed to ask for him. Once I showed up a very I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment with a service advisor. He told me on the phone that when I showed up I needed to ask for him. Once I showed up a very young guy tended to me and told me I had 3 cars in front of me. I told him who I was there to see. He advised me the person was busy. He asked that I leave my keys in the ignition and I would be the third in line. I did just that. I went to sit in the waiting area. One hour later, the guy was looking for me to tell me I was next in line. What do you mean next in line? Yeah, now you can see the service advisor. What for I thought? They already knew what I was there for. They never took my car inside. Once I spoke to the advisor (not the advisor who told me to see him, I never saw him) he processed the car and then I had to begin waiting all over again for another hour or so. Very bad communication. Very bad customer service. More
