I decided to return to Ocean Mazda even after I had a previous bad experience with other employees a year ago which took my business elsewhere. That turned out to be a bad idea. I was looking at a new Mazda and was having a pleasant enough experience with the sales person but then the manager came out. Mauricio's attitude from the jump was aggressive and condescending and he refused to take any money off the MSRP and said he sells his cars over MSRP. I find it hard to believe a car that's been around since 2017 is still selling over MSRP. More

So after agreeing to pay 150$ fee because we weren't able to travel down south to sign papers; they are charging 750$ after all the papers were sign. We agreed to 150$ but now it is 750$ which doesn't make sense to me. Never in my life I would of agreed to this if I was informed before signing the refinance contract. And even in the contract it doesn't ever say anything about this fee. Be careful! I was very happy at first but now that they are charging me all this, I am very upset. More

Rosalyn is Amazing & your Closer. Any difficult task, she is your “Go to”. History 3yrs ago, 2018 went to Mazda to get a lease, Rosalyn came out of nowhere to help & close the Deal. Fast forward 2021, was contacted to bring in lease. When we went to finance, my hubby says “its the Closer.” She truly listens/cares about her customers. Ocean should keep their Gem, because any hard situation Rosalyn hands down can get it done. I know she can because i walked out again with another lease. FRAUD! Never buy a vehicle from Ocean Auto Club. They engage in deceptive and fraudulent marketing of their vehicles. I was recently sold a car represented to have a matte grey paint job, it arrived to m engage in deceptive and fraudulent marketing of their vehicles. I was recently sold a car represented to have a matte grey paint job, it arrived to me and I found out it was wrapped, the car wasn't even grey.
