After a horrible experience at Hgreg Nissan where they sold the car I had placed a deposit on, I ended up at Ocean Mazda on a whim. The car is for my daughter and she said “the Mazda 3 is cute, can we go sold the car I had placed a deposit on, I ended up at Ocean Mazda on a whim. The car is for my daughter and she said “the Mazda 3 is cute, can we go see it?” The salesman, Manny Patiño, really took his time and spoke to her about the car. She left there loving it so much that I placed the deposit to hold one that was in transit. Manny was great with her and really took care of us. We were treated with respect and they actually valued our business unlike those other guys. More

Very unprofessional manager with poor personal skills. Our experience with Pedro (Pete) was a major disappointment! After the purchase of our vehicle, it was delivered to our home, as we did everything over the phone and not in person. Upon arriva disappointment! After the purchase of our vehicle, it was delivered to our home, as we did everything over the phone and not in person. Upon arrival, we discovered a pair of disgusting used panties along with trash and sand in the vehicle. It was clear that it hadn’t been detailed properly! Instead of making things right, Pete dodged messages and phone calls. After two weeks of trying to contact him, he finally called my daughter to apologize. He promised to make things right and have it detailed, but never delivered on his promise! As a manager, it is your responsibility to right what has been wronged! He was unprofessional during this entire ordeal. VERY Disappointing! More
I went to the dealer to see a mazda miata that I saw on their page. Upon arrival ask for a sales person. The sales person came and I told him I was interested in seeing the miata. He told me that car is i their page. Upon arrival ask for a sales person. The sales person came and I told him I was interested in seeing the miata. He told me that car is in maintenance, here is my card, come tomorrow and he left. So, i saw a new Miata on display, I call him back I ask to see it, he say no that tomorrow. Conclusion he doesn't want to work or late customer don't buy lol. I went out to look at the cars and I see 4 miata. I came back and asked again to see the cars, he told me that those cars just arrived and cannot be tested, that they has to pass an inspection. The seller told me again that tomorrow come. I asked to speak with the manager to explain the situation of the sales person not giving me a great service , and he said that he agreed, next to him was another supervisor or something and he say that those cars could not be driven and I answered him back that a great sales person will show the cars a least , not to drive just to see it and buy the car when was available and had my name to call me next day to test drive the car. Obviously in this mazda dealer there is no good service. I had never encountered a situation like this, the manager never had the courtesy of saying I'm going to find you another sales person who wants to work. Conclusion had an approval up to 45,000 !!!!! the next day I went to brickel mazda oh thank you to Jordi! i buy two cars miata and CX5 for my partner. SHAME for Ocean Mazda. You loose two sales and a great customer! More
