Horrible- Ripoff- Thieves- STAY AWAY Brought my car in for service for a simple repair. They tried to make it very complicated. They Quoted me almost $1000 to fix it, so I spoke to the Brought my car in for service for a simple repair. They tried to make it very complicated. They Quoted me almost $1000 to fix it, so I spoke to the service manager Mike, who gave me this long BS story about the repair, as if I was dumb and knew nothing about cars or mechanicals. I told them not to fix it and it still cost me over $220 to get my car back for the 'diagnosis', when in fact I told them what it needed before I even dropped it off. The whole diagnosis was merely looking under the car to see the problem. Should've taken just enough time to put it on a lift and walk under and look underneath- 5 mins maybe?? Not to mention the sign on the wall says diagnosis is $170. I went to the Mazda dealer in Coconut Creek for $370. It's my second time there and they run their business in a totally different and straight manner. STAY AWAY from this Ocean Mazda in Doral- They will talk to you all sweet and respectful, but---They are Dishonest! More

I bought a 2016 Mazda3 45 days ago and traded in my old Mazda; up to this day the bank has yet to receive the payoff and they keep telling the bank they don't have the car in the lot when I gave them the keys and left the car in there. I had already complained 2 weeks ago with the dealer's Sales Manager about them not sending the pay off to the bank and he came up with the story of him making a mistake by giving me a discount he shouldn't have and therefore we had to modify the sales agreement; it didn't really affect me because in the end I was getting the same monthly payment with same APR and same # of payment. But what is dissappointing is that back then I thought everything was going to be resolved with the bank but unfortunately it hasn't. What worries me is that the bank is telling me that the trade in account is already 15 days past due and they will report late payment to the credit bureau after 30 days.. Its just crazy that this dealer doesn't care about the consumer and doesn't pay off this car. More
Extremely rude and unprofessional! Don't judge a dealer by the way they treat you when trying to close a deal. Judge them based on their service after all the paperwork is signed. The way these people conduct business is unprofessional. I bought my car a month ago and they have yet to pay off my trade in and i still have no clue who i need to make my first payment to. I've been passed from one person to another trying to get this solved and the only person to somewhat help was the finance guy after my husband had to go in person and wait for a check they still owed us from my trade in ONE MONTH AGO. The accounting person never returned my call, the sales person straight up just ignored my calls and texts even after telling us to reach out to him no matter what we needed. Very disappointed. The irony is that i was in a car accident last week and the car is potentially a total loss, meaning that i could have been a returning customer. I now want nothing to do with Ocean Mazda or even the brand for that matter. If you still decide to buy a car from this dealer make sure not to fill out that famous Mazda survey until the very end. More

Check all document and numbers before sign any paper. BE CAREFUL, remember they don't care you, they only want to SALES. Check warranties and services because they want to sale you many things that you don't need it...DONT BELIEVE IN THEM....They put the fake prices in internet, false advertising is illegal. They try to sell you a car to a much higher price. Check the papers very well before sign any document. More

horrible experience I get there at 10:23am to get my car diagnosed. Vlad was the one who attended me. He told me it would be 3hrs max till they figured out what was wrong with my car. It was not even 2hrs till he called me back. When he phoned me i was right around the corner so i walked into his office. He told me the car car was done being checked and the estimate of how much it was gonna cost. He was actually very helpful till he gave the paper work to the cashier. When i approached her she said she hadnt recieved the keys due to the fact they apparently wash and clean the cars after they get service. After 30 minutes i came back and asked how long it was gonna take and both cashiers had no idea what i was talking about didnt know where the man who attended me was, apparently he had left. Then they proceeded to tell me they were still checking my car. And still washing it. So i sat down and waited another 30 minutes. When i went back and asked again they told me to wait and they would call me. Ive been waiting already for 4 hours. When they finally brought my car to me. They just gave me the keys and proceeded like it was no big deal. My car hadnt been washed the inside was still the same. Now im just wondering why it took so long. They didnt wash my car and i waited an extra 2 hours. Its just the principle. How am i supposed to trust these ppl when im being lied to and have me waiting 5 hours in total for nothing after getting my results. Im very unpleased with the staff and dealer. More
