Full circle service This was my first time at Ocean Mazda. While the employees are helpful and friendly, I did not know that Mazda’s “full circle service” does not includ This was my first time at Ocean Mazda. While the employees are helpful and friendly, I did not know that Mazda’s “full circle service” does not include an oil change. Very disappointed as I assumed Ocean Mazda would understand that the word “service” means just that. Perhaps I should have been specific. I called the service department after I collected my car and left a voicemail inquiring about the oil change. Still waiting for them to return my call. I used to take my car to Brickell Mazda and never had to be specific about the word “service”. They always did an oil change when my car went for a “service”. More

Bought a vehicle and I lived a 1100 miles away. Manny Patino was my rep, and he very helpfully worked through buying a vehicle long distance. Rough start I understand Saturday’s are busy. This was my 2nd time on for service. One of the guys was not paying enough attention to who was where in line and wa I understand Saturday’s are busy. I understand you had a recall and many customers showed up to have that checke The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 stars is because of the long wait! I understand you had a recall and many customers showed up to have that checked but I had to wait approximately 4 plus hours for a regular basic service . Rotating the tires and an oil change should not take that long! Again I understand I went on a Saturday morning and it was very busy! I do have to mentioned the personnel were very courteous and friendly. And apologized profusely for the wait! And always checking to see if the client was ok. 👍🏼 Thank you! More

This time I had to change my car and I was a bit in a hurry so they helped me with the trade-in and the purchase of a newer car that better fit my needs. I have always dealt with Jorge Rodriguez who has proven to be a very good salesman and has always made me feel comfortable with my purchases, he also follows up with me after the purchase to make sure I am happy and that the car is what I expected. To be honest I have always disliked purchasing cars and having to deal with the negotiating and the waiting but with Ocean Mazda and Jorge, I have felt confident in my purchase and felt that I get a good deal for my money.
