There was no uncertainty and the entire process was clear and transparent from start to finish. Ricky made the buying/leasing experience extremely individualized by taking the time to ask me what specific features I wanted in the vehicle I was leasing. I honestly received everything I wished for and more! He made me feel as if i was the only customer in the entire dealer-nothing impersonalized. Within 30 minutes, he had my dream car ready-exactly as I asked for! It’s the most beautiful CX5 I’ve ever seen! Never would I have thought that this would have been so simple. When I called my family to let them know i was going home with a new car, they thought I was kidding since it was so quick and painless! Even the transfer of insurance process was seamless (thank you Danny,he was also wonderful to work with!) I feel truly blessed and highly recommend Ocean Mazda and the entire staff. Well done! More

Oil Change Everything went perfect until the moment that I paid for the service and if wasn't for my advisor i would have stayed 1 more hour there.. I paid for service once they told me it was ready, for my surprise they told me they did not have the keys yet since the car was being wash (i did not had a problem with it). I waited and could have been waiting more if it wasn't for the advisor, which noticed that I was still there waiting.. Quote: "Everything ok? they have not given you the keys yet?" then he asked the ladies there for my key and it was handed to him right away like the keys been there sometime on the board. There should be a system implemented that they know which keys should be handed to the customers once they paid and are waiting to get out of there. Besides that everything else was great~ More
