I had issue to pick up but they assisted me w specific instructions and accommodations , as mentioned it was a pleasure dealing with them - it makes it that much easier to return for service at the dealer. Overall - pretty decent. Although I come from Acura, and have always had an exceptional experience there, Mazda was pretty great. Of course, I would have loved a free coffee (unsure if machine worked because there were no cups), but $1 coffee from a person who made it right there was cool - as well as being able to get a pastry. The lady at the coffee spot gave my daughter a free croqueta, so that was also nice. I was also hoping for a little vacuuming to have been done inside my car but maybe other people don’t like that and think it’s too intrusive. Ahh well. Timing was a little over what I would like, when I was quoted an hour to an hour and a half and it took 2 hours and a half. Service people I dealt with were great - very positive and communicated things well. Unfortunately I don’t recall their names. More

There was no uncertainty and Ricardo (Ricky)Teperino is the best salesman ever! This has honestly been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. There was no uncertainty and the entire process was clear and transparent from start to finish. Ricky made the buying/leasing experience extremely individualized by taking the time to ask me what specific features I wanted in the vehicle I was leasing. I honestly received everything I wished for and more! He made me feel as if i was the only customer in the entire dealer-nothing impersonalized. Within 30 minutes, he had my dream car ready-exactly as I asked for! It’s the most beautiful CX5 I’ve ever seen! Never would I have thought that this would have been so simple. When I called my family to let them know i was going home with a new car, they thought I was kidding since it was so quick and painless! Even the transfer of insurance process was seamless (thank you Danny,he was also wonderful to work with!) I feel truly blessed and highly recommend Ocean Mazda and the entire staff. Well done! More
