Poor costumer process system. My car was finished. Parked and I noticed it about 10 minutes after. As I asked for my keys it was not processed until I told about it. Took about My car was finished. Took about another 20 minutes to find my keys on a service person desk who was not around at the time. Another person took my papers and started the finishing process and then I was over charged. When I told them about it then my check was fixed. After getting in my car I noticed that as their promise to wash the car, for the 2nd time it was not done I was very disappointed with the service.
