I’m a first time Ocean Mazda customer but longtime Mazda client. My last 4 leases were with Brickell Mazda, and I genuinely wish I would have reached out over here to get a second opinion first. Credit seriously goes to William for making the whole thing smooth sailing from when I walked in and he offered me coffee until he literally helped me move some work boxes from the CX-5 to the new CX-70 (and man, what a gorgeous car, I can’t wait to drive around with it). I’ll be going back for the carpets since I went late after Parts closed, but that’s just an opportunity to drive the car around more that I’ll happily take anytime. It’s not often I’d say one goes to a car dealership and leaves feeling satisfied, or without worrying about a better deal somewhere, but I’ll happily join the short list and confirm I was positively giddy driving home and showing it off to the family. I will continue leasing Mazda until I eventually decide to buy one outright, and you’ve earned my business for the next couple of go-arounds with this experience today. Thank you! More
