Great customer service I called the Rosalyn at about 11am on Tuesday and told her I was interested in purchasing a Mazda CX9 with the exterior and interior color I wanted an I called the Rosalyn at about 11am on Tuesday and told her I was interested in purchasing a Mazda CX9 with the exterior and interior color I wanted and that I didn't want to spend 3 to 4 hours in the dealer. And that afternoon at 4:30 she informed me that she had the vehicle that I requested. The price she quoted was very reasonable and I picked up the car that afternoon. Waiting time at the dealer was very reasonable. All the paper was done an hour and half. Mr. Nelson Rodriguez was very helpful, he explained how the vehicle worked and connected our phones to the vehicle. The finance manager explained and offered us a very reasonable priced warranty that we purchased. The insurance agent Daniel helped us save a nice bundle on our insurance. Great car at a good price I went to Ocean Mazda knowing exactly the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I also did research on my trade. Ricky was very nice and sup I went to Ocean Mazda knowing exactly the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I also did research on my trade. Ricky was very nice and super friendly even before he was assigned as our sales rep. When we did the test drive, he was very knowledgeable about the car and pointed out some interesting features. I always hate the negotiation process of actually closing the deal but Ricky handled it like a true professional and at no point did I feel pressured. At the end of the day, I bought the car I wanted at a good price and spent less than half a day at the dealership. I would recommend Ricky to anyone looking for a Mazda. Cyndi and Miguel de Leon were also a pleasure to deal with. More
